It’s a massive boost for the Magnetic Moments Capital Campaign in Goderich with a recent donation from HuronTel.
The Alexandra Marine and General Hospital Foundation coming off the $200,000 donation has now reached $2,596,089 of their $6.5 million goal to bring an MRI to Goderich and the first to Huron County.
Dr. Tiffanye Kittmer, Chair of the Campaign says the longstanding generosity of local businesses is such an asset to the local health care system.
Locally the MRI machine will reduce the need for patients and families to travel long distances for essential care and reduce wait times for an MRI scan.
