A crash with a parked car has resulted in an impaired driving charge against a 74 year old man.
On October 29th at around 10:40pm, Huron County OPP responded to a collision between two vehicles on the Goderich Courthouse Square.
The involved driver did not remain at the scene and was later found on Wellington Street.
Police stopped the driver and demanded a breath sample for a roadside device which resulted in a fail.
As a result the 74 year old from Goderich has been charged with Operation While Impaired and Failing to Stop After an Accident.
The accused will appear in court next month.
