The first annual Joey Havers Memorial Walk has brought in a haul for the Wingham and District Hospital Foundation.
This new event was sparked by Mary Havers who was inspired to create a legacy of generosity of her brother Joey Havers who passed away in August 2025.
Joey was beloved in the Wingham area for his kindness and commitment to the community.
On June 13th around 60 participants took part at the Wingham Community Walking Trail for the 15km walk raising over $10,000 for the Wingham Hospital.
