The Muncipality of Kincardine shared word that toady is World Nuclear Energy Day.
They say as home to Bruce Power and many of the companies who collaborate with them to provide clean energy and other nuclear innovations, they are proud to recognize the day.
Bruce Power added on the day that this year’s theme is “A Chain Reaction”.
They add it sees them innovating to provide more power output from their reactors, increasing clean energy into the grid, less reliance on emitting sources of energy and means them getting closer to their net zero targets.
