Local Kincardine butcher shop Beefway saw themselves crowned Peoples Choice Champion at the recent 1st Annual Verified Angus BBQ Competition in Saskatchewan.
The event was attended by over 250 people and the prize winning brisket by Beefway was cooked up by a dedicated and passionate crew from Arrowhead North BBQ from White City, Saskatchewan.
The business is run by the Chomos family, who are a well respected and very, very talented at their craft of BBQ.
The rub used on Beefway’s Brisket was entitled “Canadian Swagger”.
They are even carrying it in their store following the event.
The event was hosted by the Saskatchewan & Canadian Angus Association.
