Kincardine council has approved a three hour parking limit across Queen Street.
Council agreed with the proposal to limit parking seven days a week from 9am-5pm on Queen Street from Durham Market South to Durham Street with the exception given to handicapped parking.
The topic was discussed last month when a staff report urged council to go forward with public consultation on the parking limit but at the time council had voted against it and agreed to move forward with a three hour parking limit in the downtown.
The area across Queen Street has 82 on street parking spaces with seven being accessible and one limited mobility space.
