Kincardine Council considers renting space for Parking during Queen Street Reconstruction

In anticipation of this year’s Queen Street reconstruction, Kincardine council is looking at options to replace municipal parking that will be inaccessible during the project.

In its Committee of the Whole Meeting Director of Infrastructure, Adam Weishar, outlined the offer from the property owner.

The cost to the Municipality would be $3,000 per month. The site currently sits vacant with it also listed for sale.

The site was estimated to provide around 25 to 30 parking spots.
