The Kincardine Family Health Organization has launched an online wait list for those looking for a family doctor.
Residents who are eligible to join the list include those living in Kincardine or Huron-Kinloss.
Once capacity is available, a random draw will be done for who will be rostered with a primary care provider.
Lead Physician at the Kincardine Family Health Team, Dr. Cavanagh says this online form simplifies the process and ensures those who need a family doctor can easily add their name to the list and is a big step forward in meeting the growing demand for healthcare services in the region.
