The Municipality of Kincardine announced at its Planning Corporate Services Meeting Monday that its Staff have completed a rental agreement with Dennis Pierson Chevrolet Oldsmobile Ltd. on lands at 856 Queen Street.
The lease will see the creation of a parking lot of around 25-28 parking spaces lost during the Queen Street Reconstruction which is set to begin in March.
The rent is set at $3,000 dollars plus HST per month with it able to be terminated with 30 days notice once the reconstruction of Queen Street is complete.
