Housing prices have risen in June when compared to a month prior in Kincardine.
Numbers from OnePoint’s Association of Realtors showed 27 homes were sold last month in Kincardine coming with an average sale price of $682,419.
This price is up from the $670,400 from May or a rise of 6.2 per cent.
The average median of days on the market for homes in the municipality was punched in at 30 days on the dot.
