The Municipality of Kincardine is kicking of a new program designed to match grants to support costs related to necessary studies, plans and designs to advance development and redevelopment projects.
The Predevelopment Study and Design Program is a component of the Community Improvement Plan which aligns with the municipalities goals to continue to strengthen downtown cores, foster mixed use development expand attainable housing and facilitate development through refined planning.
