The Municipality of Kincardine is urging the public to respect municipal facilities.
This comes after staff have seen an increase of inappropriate and unsafe behaviour at some facilities such as garbage being thrown around the building, equipment being used inappropriately and activities which could result in serious injury or damage to the facility.
The spaces being used are designed to be used safely and be welcoming for the public to enjoy. When these spaces are misused it can create safety risks for others, disrupt programs and require staff time and municipal resources to address.
