Volunteers continue to be sought for the Kincardine Shoreline Restoration Day next Wednesday.
The Lake Huron Coastal Centre and Municipality of Kincardine is holding the event for care of the coastline with two sessions available.
The morning run in Inverhuron will include installing sand fencing to protect the dunes while in the afternoon at Station Beach will have volunteers transplant dune grasses, collect native seeds and learn about coastal ecology.
The event goes November 5th with the morning run at 9:45am-12:30pm and the afternoon from 2-4pm.
