The Municipality of Kincardine is inviting residents to take part in World Bicycle Day on Friday, June 3rd.
They say it will be a day for celebrating the benefits of using your bicycle and seeing its benefits to your health and the environment.
They add that a bicycle is a simple, sustainable, affordable and clean means of transportation and that swapping it for your vehicle contributes to cleaner air and less congestion on the roadways in the community.
They say to join them in biking to work, school or around the community on Friday.
