The Municipality of Kincardine says racism, hate, bullying and violence has no place in town.
The town responded after being made aware of a recent incident involving youth in the community adding Kincardine is an inclusive and welcoming community where everyone should feel safe, valued and respected.
The municipality says this responsibility belongs to all of us as its not enough to avoid participating in hateful behaviour but to speak up, seek help and refuse to be a bystander.
The matter remains under investigation.
