The United Way Perth-Huron announced that Meeting Place Organic Farm in Lucknow is the latest business to certify itself as a living wage employer.
The United Way say they appreciate their support in helping to build a stronger local community.
Meeting Place Organic Farm has operated since 1973 and is now under the stewardship of the second generation of the McQuail family.
The living wage is based on a 35-hour work week, and currently sits at $20.70 per hour.
