On June 21st the Kincardine Lions were honoured at the Royal Canadian Legion with members receiving Ontario Volunteer Service Awards.
Kincardine Deputy Mayor Andrea Clarke and Huron Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson presented the awards to Lion Helen Gitter-Flavell for service for 10 years, Joan Thompson for 5 years, Paul Thompson for 10, Eian Farrell for 15 years and Peter Morris for 40 years of service.
Further the Kincardine Lions made their annual donation to the Inclusion Program for the Kincardine Summer Camp who the Lions have sponsored for more than 30 years.
