Lobb looking to keep Huron Bruce blue for a fifth consecutive election

We are profiling the candidates running for the Huron Bruce seat in the federal election.

Conservative incumbent Ben Lobb is running in his fifth consecutive election.

He says the Liberals have been making mistakes since becoming a minority government and that is also showing up in the campaign.

Lobb says people are also taking a liking to his leader Erin O’Toole.

He says people in Huron Bruce are telling him it is becoming more difficult to make ends meet.

Lobb is running against four other challenges: James Rice for the Liberals, NDP’s Jan Johnstone, Jack Stecho of the People’s Party of Canada, and Independent candidate Justin Smith.
