Local Ophthalmologist takes part in Eye Mission to Arequipa, Peru to Help Local Residents

Huron Optometric Centres in Goderich, Clinton and Wingham shared word yesterday of a recent eye mission that one of their staff did with a team of Opthalmologists to Arequipa, Peru.

The initiative was from Medical Ministry International and it aims to bring sight to hundreds of people through surgery and glasses.

The staff member of Huron Optometric says the trip was amazing, life changing for both them and the people of Peru.

She adds that their doctors really care about eye care.
