The Municipality of Kincardine is celebrating the completion of some major renovations at the Tiverton Sports Centre.
Renovations started in April, finishing this month with around $1 million being invested in the facility.
The arena was due for a significant lifecycle replacement to maintain safety, efficiency and accessibility.
These improvements include a new refrigeration plant, new arena board and glass and a universal accessible washroom.
Luke Bedard, Director of Community Services says these enhancements represent a long term investment in Tiverton’s recreation facilities.
