A 54 year old man is facing charges after a trespass call in Kincardine.
On April 17th at around 5:56pm, South Bruce OPP received a report of someone refusing to leave a licensed establishment on Queen Street.
Officers arrived and took in the man without incident with further investigation leading to a series of criminal charges.
As a result the 54 year old of Kincardine was charged with Assault with a Weapon, Failure to Leave Premises when Directed and Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
The accused was held for bail and remanded into custody.
