Mary Vandersluis of Markdale is doing her happy dance after winning big on an instant crossword with a $50,000 win.
Mary who works in health care has played the lottery on occasion for decades with the instant crossword and bingo being her favourite games.
The 67 year old mother and grandmother says she discovered her big win while having a morning coffee and says she thought she had made a mistake.
Mary plans to use her winnings for a new hot tub and complete some home renovations.
The winning ticket was sold at Sunny & Moon on Toronto Street in Markdale.
