More Campsites Opening at MacGregor Point Provincial Park

Ontario is adding more campsites to MacGregor Point Provincial Park, one of the province’s more popular spots on the shores of Lake Huron.

The government is opening 17 new campsites at the park ahead of the busy summer season to help meet growing demand for outdoor recreation.

MacGregor Point Provincial Park, near Port Elgin is one of the region’s most popular tourist destinations for its shoreline, wildlife and extensive trail network.

MPP Lisa Thompson says this investment will expand access to camping, support local tourism and help more people experience one of the region’s most treasured destinations.
