Ontario sits at number 3 on the list.
Of the top 25 growth cities in Canada, Ontario represents 14 of those places.
Owen Sound and Port Elgin sit at number 9, Chatham at 13 and St. Thomas at 14 and Brantford at 17.
The leading growth city is North Bay, Ontario.
It saw moves in rise 40 percent with those leaving only sitting at 27 percent.
