The Kincardine Concert Band made the announcement that the popular event would be returning and would feature perfomers such as Thales Hunter, The Southampton Concert Band, Th e Lifters Jazz Band, Easy Does it, Midnight Blue and more.
There is no cost of admission but they will be accepting donations.
