The spring 2026 season for the My Dad’s Group is rolling out next month with the Canadian Mental Health Association of Grey Bruce.
Starting May 5th, spaces are still available which allows men the chance to connect with other dads, learn more about their children’s needs through different ages and stages and work on the skills needed to be effective parents and co-parents.
The group was originally developed in Grey Bruce in the 90’s and has been running through the Men’s program since that time.
Men’s Program Supervisor Jon Farmer says the group is a chance to connect and deepen your learning, find encouragement and build positive patterns.
