The South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Canadian Mental Health Association and Brightshores Health System are partnering up to enhance access to outpatient mental health and addictions care across the region.
As part of the partnership, Brightshores will be providing outpatient mental health and addiction services at the Durham Hospital site.
Services offered include:
Mental Health and Addiction Walk-in clinic
Rapid Access Addiction Management Clinic
Family Support Worker (Provided by CMHA Grey Bruce)
Group services, including Social Recreation (Provided by CMHA Grey Bruce)
Clozapine clinic
Counselling Services
Psychiatrist Clinics
Naomi Vodden, Director of Mental Health and Addiction Services at Brightshores says this collaboration will improve the support they can provide to communities through outpatient mental health and addiction care.
