Brockton and WT Living cut the ribbon on Thursday, recognizing the opening of the new Eastridge Premium Rental Development in Walkerton.
The 60 unit upscale apartment offers one and two bedroom suites with private balconies and access to the Ridge Club.
Residents were able to move in last month with some suites still available for view.
Mayor Chris Peabody says the new rental suits will ensure new residents and the growing workforce will have a place to call home.
