Huron County OPP say one person has been seriously injured and a horse dead after a crash this morning outside of Lucknow.
Police responded to the scene on Lucknow Line at around 5:30am between a pickup truck and a horse and buggy.
The buggy operator suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to a London hospital while the pickup driver was not injured.
The horse died as a result of the crash. Lucknow Line remains closed between Zion Road and Belfast Road.
