Ontario investing 0,000 in Area Organizations who support Women who Experience Violence

Huron-Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson and Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound MPP Rick Byers jointly announced the Ontario government is investing $250,000 locally and $1.57 million across the Western Area of the Province to help women who have experienced violence and survivors of human trafficking to access the supports they need.

The funds are also aimed at helping children and youth who are entering shelters with their guardians to get the early intervention support they need.
