The Ontario Provincial Police West Region are undertaking a Community Satisfaction Survey to get public opinion about the services its Detachments deliver to community throughout the Region.
Distribution is being done through select locations and it is a voluntary, mixed-method survey open to those 16 years of age and older living in the households randomly selected.
There is also a 1-800 number if they wish to do it over the phone with an interviewer.
Topics covered in the survey include community service, perception of crime and youth issues in the community, OPP presence, service delivery and even how police investigate crime and enforce the law.
