The South Bruce OPP have charged an Owen Sound driver after they were stopped on Sunday at a RIDE program in Arran-Elderslie.
Officers made the stop at around 10 pm Sunday night on 1st Avenue North and found the 35 year old male was driving while prohibited.
As a result he faces charges as well as their vehicle has been impounded for 45 days.
The accused is set to appear before a Walkerton Court on February 12th to answer to the charges.
