Canadian hockey legend Paul Henderson has been named as an Honorary Health Care Ambassador for the Kincardine and Community Healthcare Foundation’s $18 million campaign.
Henderson, who is well known for his 1972 Summit Series winning goal is now bringing his leadership, legacy and compassion for local healthcare.
A son of Kincardine and Lucknow, Henderson will champion the campaign to help modernize the Emergency Department, Medical Imaging Unit and Laboratory and bring Bruce County it’s first MRI.
Henderson in a release says the hospital has always been there for our families and now its our turn to be there for it adding together we can score big for healthcare.
