According to police the suspect, 34 year old Kodie Hearsum, was seen in the Walters Falls community as of Sunday afternoon just before 2pm. He was placed under arrest just before 4pm.
Hearsum was arrested in connection to the death of a deceased 62-year-old individual from Chatsworth. The deceased individual is believed to be linked to the shooting incident in West Grey.
