The approval will now see the proposed five storeys to now four storeys after complaints were received from citizens.
Where citizens feel cheated, however, is the revised plan will still house the same number of apartments which some say is not what they agreed to.
Some expressed their anger to North Huron Council about the expected increase in traffic and safety risks for children.
While approved, Council did say should safety or traffic be a rising concern, it will be addressed in the future.
