Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound MPP Rick Byers has announced he will not be seeking re-election.
Byers in a release stating his time to not re-run will for allow time for the local riding association and the Ontario PC party to nominate a candidate to represent Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound.
Byers was first elected as MPP in 2022 who replaced Bill Walker.
Byers says he will continue to work hard on the priorities of the local communities right up until the next election.
