The Ripley and District Lions Club has given their support to some local groups.
The Lions who held their 4th annual Golf for a Cause this past Friday took the proceeds of $14,000 from the day to give back to both the Huron Shores Hospice and the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation.
The Hospice says thanks to the support of the community, people in the region have better access to compassionate, local care whether at the end of life or with broader health services.
