The Town of Saugeen Shores has provided the Cedar Crescent Village project with a building permit for the project’s South phase.
The Town had already issued a permit for the north phase in March.
The new permit finalizes the structure’s design and drawings after meeting all appropriate building code regulations.
The Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority has reviewed and approved the project. Additionally, the Province’s Ministry of the Environment had issued a Permit to Take Water back in November.
The Cedar Crescent Village is a public-private partnership that is a key part to the Town’s Waterfront in Port Elgin.
