The Town of Saugeen Shores is kicked off a new initiative aimed to streamline development of housing.
The Ready to Build Housing Designs is developed in collaboration with Invizij Architects and Tim Welch Consulting offers catalogue of four pre-reviewed ARU designs and three designs for missing middle housing including a duplex, triplex and four-plex.
The designs support a range of housing needs from multi-generational living to downsizing to rental income opportunities.
Mayor Luke Charbonneau says this initiative will provide a head start by streamlining the planning review process and reducing costs.
