OPP, with the help of Saugeen Shores Police have charged a 35 year old after a stop at a Ride Check.
On December 14th, OPP called for assistance from Saugeen Shores Police to conduct a breath test on a driver involved in a single vehicle crash just outside of Walkerton.
The driver was taken to the Saugeen Shores Police station for testing.
As a result the 35 year old of Saugeen Shores was charged with Operation While Impaired and Failure or Refusal to Provide a Breath Sample.
