A Goderich man is heading to Columbus to take part in the World CrossFit Games in August.
Scott Homan officially qualified to head to the Masters Division Legends Championships which is set in Ohio from August 21st-24th.
Homan, the Co-Owner of the Ridge Fitness CrossFit in Goderich says competitions like this truly push those to the limit with multiple workouts.
“There’s typically anywhere from 8-10 workouts over the course of 4 days, that would be anywhere from 3-4 workouts a day, it could get pretty hectic.” said Homan.
The games running in Ohio will feature athletes from different age groups to showcase their strength, agility and endurance in various CrossFit challenges.
