Winter has not let up across the area and with more snowfall on the way, the Town of Saugeen Shores has declared a significant weather event.
The declaration ruled Monday indicates given the weather and conditions, caution should be taken while on municipal roads and sidewalks as town staff will need more time to clear to maintain the area.
The weather event does not mean a reduced level of service or road closures.
