Canada Blood Services has open appointments for next week’s Blood Donor Clinic at Knights of Columbus Hall in Goderich.
The clinic on Thursday, July 13th has spaces available between 3:20 and 6:55 pm at 390 Parsons Court.
Appointments must be booked online in advance of attending the clinic.
The donation process takes just over an hour.
They urge those donating blood to drink lots of water, eat a healthy meal and get a good night’s sleep the night before.
Make sure to bring a Government ID with your full name and date of birth when you show up to donate.
