A food drive held by Grey Bruce OPP in South Bruce Peninsula turned to a big success.
On November 30th, Grey Bruce OPP’s Auxiliary Unit hosted the food driver at Foodland in Wiarton who collected $378.10 in donations and 1468lbs of food.
On top of the haul at Foodland, another drive at Fretz’s Your Independent Grocer in Sauble Beach collected $265 in donations and 1273lbs in food.
OPP have sent their thanks to the public and both grocery stores for the support.
