A suspended driver caught impaired didn’t get all too far who’s facing a list of charges.
On May 9th at around 12:16pm South Bruce OPP stopped to check on a vehicle on Bruce Road 10 in Arran-Elderslie.
Officers had determined the driver was suspended when he then tried to flee on foot but was arrested shortly after.
As a result a 33 year old man of Arran-Elderslie was charged with Impaired Operation, Driving Under Suspension, Resisting an Officer and Driving with an Unsealed Container of Liquor.
