Hanover Police have arrested one man after a break and enter at a home.
On May 30th at around 11:40pm, Hanover Police were called to a home on County Road 28 for a man trying to enter a home of his former partner.
Police arrived to find the man smashing his way into the home and when confronted, the suspect threw stones at the officers and tried to flee.
Shortly after, the suspect returned to the home of which police then used a taser with the man taken into custody after a violent struggle.
The 34 year old faces a list of charges including Break and Enter, Resisting an Officer, 3 counts of Assaulting an Officer with a Weapon and 3 counts of Failure to Comply with a Release Order.
