A taser deployment was needed to subdue a suspect after an incident in Seaforth.
On December 7th just after 3pm, Huron County OPP were called about someone walking in town swinging a knife around.
Police found the suspect who confronted officers with the knife who was then taken down after the use of a taser.
The 33 year old woman of Goderich was charged with Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose, Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon and six counts of Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition contrary to a Prohibition Order.
