Traffic Stop Leads to Over ,000 in Drugs Found

Over $42,000 in drugs has been taken off the streets following a traffic stop in Georgian Bluffs.

On July 11th Grey Bruce OPP was alerted to a vehicle associated with a Highway Traffic Act violation on Grey Road 3 near Sideroad 3.

During interaction, officers spotted cannabis inside the vehicle leading to a search, resulting in 176 grams of cocaine, 199.1 grams of meth and 19.4 grams of fentanyl found.

The total estimated street value of the drugs seized is approximately $42,250.

A 26 year old of Brampton was charged with multiple Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.

The accused was held for bail and then remanded into custody.
