An unwanted person in Seaforth is facing a list of charges after resisting arrest.
On December 7th at around 1pm, Huron County OPP were called about someone at an unwanted home in Seaforth and while interacting with police, resisted arrest and assaulting the officers.
The accused was eventually taken into custody with the 33 year old man of No Fixed Address charged with Assault with Intent to Resist Arrest, Authorized Possession of a Weapon and two counts of Failure to Comply with Probation.
The accused will appear in court later this month.
