A 33 year old is facing charges after a fail to remain crash in Brockton.
On November 27th at around 9:21pm, a concerned citizen called police after seeing a pickup hit a stop sign in Walkerton before leaving the area.
An officer was able to get a description of the truck which was found shortly after.
While speaking with the driver there was signs of impairment seen.
A breath demand was requested by refused.
The 33 year old was man of Walkerton was charged with Failure to Remain, Failure to Report an Accident and Failure to Comply with a Demand who will appear in court later this month.
